This year, the food is Italian based. Well, all except the sole almondine, the maple/soy salmon and the shiskabob. Come to think of it, on weekend workshops, you usually have salmon and the Italian breaded chicken and usually you get shishkabob (with either filet mignon or chicken breast) or stuffed peppers, depending. So the weekend workshops don’t have that much Italian and the week long workshops you get stracoto and sole almondine, peppers, shiskabob, the salmon and the chicken. So, that’s three Italian dishes to 3 non or quasi Italian dishes. And pumpkin soup isn’t Italian and neither is the salads or the sides. Maybe I should throw in some pasta? I’ll do that for the Gruppe workshop.

Next year we’ll have Spanish and Spanish derivative foods, i.e., Mexican.
