To enroll in the workshop of your choice, you have several options;
- Give us a call at the number below and enroll over the phone using a credit card for the deposit.
- Complete this enrollment form and either mail or fax it along with your deposit to the address below.
- NEW! For some workshops, you may request an electronic invoice be sent to your email, which can be paid by most major credit cards. Deposit payments via online invoice are due within 24 hours of issue of the invoice. No exceptions. Please contact us to request an electronic invoice.

Enrollment reservations are accepted in the order in which they are received. Upon receipt of your $425 deposit, you are sent a supply list provided by your instructor, detailed travel information, and a confirmation/invoice. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment may be made in American funds by cash, personal check, or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER only). When double occupancy enrollments are made separately, they are confirmed only when a deposit has been received from both students.
Deposits are applied as a pre-payment of tuition and accommodations. All cancellations must be made in writing. Prior to 45 days before the start of a workshop, a $75 cancellation fee will be retained for each cancellation. Transfers to another class prior to 45 days will be charged a $25 transfer fee. For transfers or cancellations with less than 45 days notice, the $425 deposit is not refundable or transferable. We cannot be responsible for issuing refunds, credits or transfers for classes missed due to illness, emergencies or events beyond our control. If a workshop is cancelled by us, all money will be promptly refunded. Call us before enrolling if you have questions about these policies.
