Color can be confusing – figuring out how to mix a color or deciding what color goes where in a landscape. In this workshop, Melanie will walk students step by step through how to mix colors for landscape painting. She will also share how she uses photographs as references for her paintings. During the workshop, Melanie will paint several demos showing the class how she approaches a landscape painting from composition to deciding when a painting is finished.
If you want to learn how to use color in your landscapes, then this is the class for you.
This class is appropriate for all levels – from beginner to advanced.
