Art Workshop Rates & Enrollment Form, 2012 & 2013 Workshops

All of our workshop rates and policy information is on our Rates and Enrollment Form for 2012 or the Rates and Enrollment Form for 2013. The enrollment form includes general information about the workshops and our program, including workshop costs, cancellation policy, information about accommodations and included meals, and more.

To sign up for one of the workshops, you can just give us a call and enroll over the phone. We need only a credit card number for the deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

You can also print and mail the completed form to us to the address you'll find on the enrollment form.
